Score Orienteering Event. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Sale Water Park, Sale, South Manchester, easy access from M60. Starts from 10am until 11-15. This Park has a range of terrain and there will be mud so bring suitable clothes. Advice offered by more experienced orienteers. Go on, give it a go.

The 23rd WESHAM 10K. START 11am PROMPT. From the BNFL Social Club,Salwick Nr Preston. Over a rural & undulating course. Event held under UKA rules licence number 10352. £100 for best time over course record. Prizes: First 5 men & 3 women - Juniors: First 2 male & female U20 & U17. Masters: First M35 to M75+ & W35 to W65+. First 2 Teams of 4 men and 3 women - 1 prize per person except team. Parking/Changing/Showers. Refreshments available. Entry fees: £9-00 (£2-00 discount to UKA Affiliated club members).Online entries via link below. Limit 600 & NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY. EARLY ENTRY RECOMMENDED.
