This seems to be a really deep tissue injury that I damaged some 3 and a half years ago (is this a record?).Any suggestions on a cure? or some exercises I should be doing to improve it?Whenever I think it's better it goes again.Help!!!!
I managed to snap some of the ligaments on the outside of my right foot / ankle back in January.The hospital told me it would take 6 weeks before I could run again.But even now my ankle is painful.Any ideas for exercises to loosen it and help it heal?
