Training advice
On this noticeboard you can post any questions you have about training. Maybe you're looking for a regime to get you ready for a big race or maybe you want a training programe that'll get you fitter for another sport you're involved in. Whatever it is my hope is that this will be the place to go to get the right answers.
And if you do have the answers you could post details of the regime that worked for you for others to try, or you could post it in response to someone else's question.

Does anyone have a plan for the weeks leading up to a half marathon about how many runs I should be doing and how long they should be?I usually just up the mileage & run 2-3 times per week - but I rarely feel fit & ready when it's time to run.
Having started to play football again (vets - and yes it is a silly idea) I've suddenly noticed how "un" match fit I am although I run 3 times a week.Anyone got a plan to help get me fitter for football through running?
